Bio:

Debbie Barron organizes and coordinates professional development training conferences the Institute of Government manages in partnership with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. She is based in the Institute of Government’s Atlanta office, and her responsibilities include logistics planning, conference management, and developing evidence-based training events. She works closely with site staff, program managers, and faculty to present effective and meaningful professional development conferences. Debbie was a senior event coordinator with the Institute of Government from 2009-2015 and has more than 20 years of experience in project management and event coordination.

The chapel has been restored in a way that allows for its use by a wide variety of university and community groups for plays, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings, and other special events. The Spalding Theater, which seats 240, and the Conference/Green Room, which seats 45, are rented to the public.
