Bio:

Michael Hourihan provides management, organizational development, leadership, and special topic training for state and local elected officials, managers, supervisors, and staff. He also facilitates meetings and retreats for staff and elected government officials and serves as a mediator for internal and external organizations. Michael spent more than 25 years in various management roles in the public and private sectors and has served as a business coach at the managerial level. Prior to coming to the Institute of Government, he spent 10 years as president of Complete Solutions LLC, a leadership and organizational development company.

The chapel has been restored in a way that allows for its use by a wide variety of university and community groups for plays, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings, and other special events. The Spalding Theater, which seats 240, and the Conference/Green Room, which seats 45, are rented to the public.
