Bio:
Ashlan Webb provides financial management training for state and local government officials and personnel. She is a certified public accountant. She currently serves as a Deputy Finance Director in local government, and has previously served as an external auditor of local government. She has over 10 years of local government finance experience in accounting, budget, financial reporting and project management. Ashlan is the treasurer of the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association, and an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
