Bio:

Fei Zhang manages and develops training programs for the International Center of Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia. He focuses on designing, planning and carrying out training and education programs for visiting delegations, developing new partnerships, and organizing training programs in China. He maintains close relationships with various institutions, government organizations and agencies in China. Before coming to UGA, he worked for the joint program between Center for Policy and Strategic Studies of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and Rosa Luxemburg Foundation of Germany.

Fei Zhang received his MBA from Boston University and MPA from the University of Georgia.

The chapel has been restored in a way that allows for its use by a wide variety of university and community groups for plays, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings, and other special events. The Spalding Theater, which seats 240, and the Conference/Green Room, which seats 45, are rented to the public.
