Julia B. Haas
Julia promotes the Institute of Government’s public service mission by designing and implementing employment testing services for state and local government agencies. She specializes in employee selection and promotion, job analysis, job knowledge test development, and assessment center design and administration. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, Julia worked with Verizon, where she was responsible for the development, implementation and validation of legally defensible selection strategies, programs and tools globally.
