Langford D. Holbrook has more than 20 years of experience working with communities in planning, administration, and project management. He has served local governments in many roles including as planning director, assistant city manager, and county administrator. Langford has led projects in the areas of community planning and visioning, strategic planning, and implementation strategy development with clients from state, regional, and local governments; nonprofit organizations; and public-private partnerships. He is an AICP Certified Planner.

The chapel has been restored in a way that allows for its use by a wide variety of university and community groups for plays, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings, and other special events. The Spalding Theater, which seats 240, and the Conference/Green Room, which seats 45, are rented to the public.
