As a member of the Conference Services Unit, Melanie is responsible for planning and coordinating state and local government training events. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, Melanie held a variety of leadership and management positions with IBM, primarily in the field of project and program management. She has extensive experience managing large, complex projects and programs, including IBM global education, leadership and skill development events, and diverse technology-based projects for both internal and commercial deployment.
