Bio:
Melinda Moore joined the Institute of Government in 2006 and currently works with the Survey Research and Evaluation division to direct and design qualitative methodologies for evaluation and research. Dr. Moore has more than 17 years of experience in policy, survey research, evaluation, and case management at the state, national, and international levels. She has led field projects in Liberia and Belfast, Northern Ireland, and was awarded an Honorary Research title at Queen’s University Belfast.
