Taesik Yun manages the Korea Program of the International Center at the Institute of Government. He focuses on planning and carrying out training and educational programs for visiting delegations from Korea and develops new partnerships with various Korean organizations and governments. Before coming to the Institute of Government, he worked as a researcher at the Seoul Institute and the Asia-Pacific Center of Education for International Understanding, a UNESCO center located in Korea.

Dr. Yun also has a variety of teaching and research experience in the field of public administration and policy. His research interests include, but are not limited to, public management, organizational theory, HR management and development, policy analysis and state and local government. Dr. Yun coauthored several articles in peer-reviewed journals, including Public Administrative Review, International Public Management Journal and Public Organization Review.
