In order to complete the electronic application form, please ensure you have the following:
Upload a 300-1,000 word Statement of Interest indicating why you wish to participate in the program, which division you are interested in working with and what specific knowledge or skills you will contribute.
Submit your résumé detailing academic programs, honors and awards, campus and community activities, research, internships, travel, and work experience.
Upload an official copy of your UGA transcript as a .pdf document. Request an official UGA transcript.
Print two copies of the Reference Form and provide to your selected referees. Reference forms must be completed and submitted directly by referees. Reference Forms may be scanned and emailed directly by the referee to email@example.com or mailed to Carl Vinson Institute of Government, Attention: Vinson Fellows Program, 201 N. Milledge Avenue, Athens, GA 30602.
Your application will not be considered until we have received your completed electronic application form and reference forms.
