Revenue and Expenditure Analysis

The course gives participants an overview of analysis regarding personal services, contracts, purchase orders, revenues and total expenditures.


Upon successful completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

  • recite outcomes of expenditure analysis

  • explain why expenditure analysis is important

  • generate a Budget Comparison Report

  • project agency expenditures for remainder of year

  • discuss factors to include in personal services projection

  • recite how to use the Excel Vlookup function

  • discuss why purchase order review is important
