Kelly Howard contributes graphic design to print and electronic materials for the
Institute of Government and Institute of Government clients. She produces online and
other digital resources in addition to brochures, training materials, and PowerPoint
presentations. She also assists with project management and administrative operations
for the Communications department.
Prior to joining the Institute of Government in 2012, Howard was a K-12 certified
educator for 17 years in Georgia, and she provided in-house professional development
training for hundreds of K-12 teachers throughout the state.
