Melinda Moore is the Assistant Director for Survey Research and Evaluation. She leads
internal employee development and directs strategic client management for the Survey
Research and Evaluation division. Melinda also directs and designs qualitative methodologies
for evaluation and research. She has more than 17 years of experience in policy, survey
research, evaluation, and case management at the state, national, and international
levels. She has led field projects in Liberia and Belfast, Northern Ireland, and was
awarded an Honorary Research title at Queen’s University Belfast.
