Michelle Bailey rejoined the Institute of Government’s Survey Research and Evaluation
Unit in 2021. As a research professional, she primarily supports program evaluation
efforts with a focus on technical assistance, data collection, quality assurance and
analysis, data visualization, and report deliverables. In addition, Michelle has extensive
experience in survey instrument design and programming along with project and data
management.
