As a Program Coordinator in the Governmental Training, Education, and Development
(GTED) Division, Tessa Pendergraft is responsible for the planning, coordination and
execution of various leadership development programs. Such programs range from intensive
multi-part programs like the Certified Public Manager program (CPM) to smaller leadership
development programs such as LEAD, EXCEL, and IMA.
Tessa graduated from Berry College after obtaining her Bachelor of science degree
in Exercise Science with a Psychology minor. Prior to joining the institute in 2024,
Tessa worked in the University system as an Event Reservation Coordinator for Georgia
Tech’s Student and Campus Event Centers team.
