The UGA CyberArch program hosted a webinar today on the topic of navigating secure configurations and how to shield software and enterprise assets. The webinar featured Joshua Franklin, Senior Security Engineer at the Center for Internet Security (CIS). He discussed the critical significance of CIS Control 4 (Secure Configuration of Enterprise Assets and Software). He emphasized enhancing your organization's security posture through effective management of firewalls, session locking, and default accounts, minimizing vulnerabilities, and fortifying access controls. Implementing Control 4 forms an integral part of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, reducing the risk of security breaches and potential attack surfaces.
This is the fourth webinar in a series of webinars that will be presented this year. The full list of upcoming webinars can be found on the UGA CyberArch webpage.
