      - Built in 1882 and located on North Milledge Avenue, this unusual octagonal building has an exquisite Victorian interior. The fully restored chapel is perfect for a variety of university and community groups for plays, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings and other special events. Institute Partners with Georgia Public Library Service to Offer New Certificate Program

In February, 15 librarians from across the state completed coursework to receive a Library Financial Management Certificate from the Institute of Government. The certificate program is led by Institute faculty and offered through an annual partnership with the Georgia Public Library Service (GPLS). The recent graduates are the first librarians in Georgia to complete this specially designed Financial Management Training Program (FMTP).
