The UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government publishes the Handbook for Georgia Legislators, a comprehensive review of the legislative process and current issues and challenges for Georgia General Assembly members. The 15th edition of the handbook incorporates changes in the law and legislative procedure since the previous edition (published in 2014). The handbook is also useful for legislative staff, state agencies, attorneys, teachers, students and others interested in the legislative process in Georgia.
