Master Plans and Visions
Master Plans and Visions
We leverage a unique approach to planning and visioning customized to meet the unique needs of each partner, identify key issues, help with conflict resolution and determine the best solutions that are sustainable, implementable and impactful.
Collaboration
Collaboration builds partnerships among community and government leaders to create and implement plans for future successes. We rely on collaborative, community-based approaches with significant public and stakeholder engagement to assist decision-makers in addressing challenging issues.
Visioning
Visioning can help address significant challenges to local governments and regional state agencies, such as growth planning, quality of life issues, nature resource management and economic growth.
Visioning is usually done in conjunction with a master planning project and looks 10 to 30 years into the future. Visioning enables communities to think farther ahead than state planning mandates require and brings the community together to consider opportunities and issues.
