Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute

The Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute offers broad-based, intensive training for mayors, council members and managers. Classes are designed to enhance municipal officials' knowledge and skills. The Municipal Training Institute is administered by the Municipal Training Board, which is established by the Institute of Government in consultation with GMA. Education classes are held in person across the state in conjunction with Georgia Municipal Association events.
