As an accountant, Sunaina provides professional coordination for processing financial transactions of all sponsored accounts involving restricted and departmental income, state accounts and business operations of the Institute. In addition, she provides fiscal affairs support for research, report preparation and data summation. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, Sunaina was corporate administrator for ArunA Biomedical, Inc. company manufacturing neural stem cells for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders. She has also worked with the UGA College of Education, the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and the Kellogg Foundation’s Houle Scholar Program.

The chapel has been restored in a way that allows for its use by a wide variety of university and community groups for plays, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings, and other special events. The Spalding Theater, which seats 240, and the Conference/Green Room, which seats 45, are rented to the public.
