Bio:
Theresa Wright directs the Institute of Government’s survey research and evaluation unit, which provides objective and systematic evaluation of government and agency programs on an individual, interdepartmental and systemwide scale. Dr. Wright has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting, technical assistance, research and evaluation services to state agencies, local governments and not-for-profit entities. Before joining the Institute of Government, she managed her own consulting firm that provided research and evaluation services to state and federal agencies. Her clients included the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health’s Division of Addictive Diseases and the Academy for Academic Leaders. Dr. Wright also designed and developed the research component of the Federal Higher Education Regulations Study.
