The Innovating Georgia's Workforce Pipeline Conference will include over 20 unique breakout sessions to showcase strategies employed by businesses and educators to effectively solve the state's talent challenges and top workforce needs. Attendees will also have numerous networking opportunities.
This conference will have sessions for just about everyone who is involved in workforce development in one way or another. Economic developers, chamber leaders and members, K-12 and post-secondary educators, CTAE representatives, business representatives, industry leaders, and more will all find sessions that interest them. Sessions will work to connect these groups and create networking opportunities among the groups in addition to learning best practices, replicating various workforce development strategies in a community, and learning about the innovative ways Georgia is approaching workforce development.
The Innovating Georgia’s Workforce Pipeline Conference will bring together partners in workforce development, education, business and economic development to explore the promising practices and emerging ideas to solve talent challenges around the state.
Based on feedback from participants, we've expanded the event to two full days. A brief opening plenary will share workforce and demographics data to guide conversations throughout the day. The conference will include additional plenary and breakout sessions to showcase strategies employed by business and education to effectively solve the state's talent challenges and top workforce needs. The agenda is also designed to offer numerous networking opportunities.
