Georgia Workforce Resiliency Guide

The Georgia Workforce Resiliency Guide helps communities prepare for, adapt to and recover from economic and environmental shocks by strengthening the systems and partnerships that support their workforce.

Developed by the UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government with support from the Technical College System of Georgia, the guide draws on experiences and insights from communities and businesses across Georgia. It focuses on both building a strong foundation before disruptions occur and supporting long-term recovery after impact.
